New from BigBlue: community-based software testing

Works great: just release a product and wait for customer bug reports. Fix and patch as you go.

If they refuse to upgrade, publish End Of Support announcement on a 2 days notice and declare the previous version unsupported.

Wonder who is the genius beyond this idea? Me too.
