We're sorry about this blocking. del.icio.us is a bit too eager to block after many edits within a short time right now, and we're in the process of fixing it so it doesn't block normal users anymore. A block automatically expires within either a few minutes or about an hour, which is good to know if you accidentally trigger it again.
